Returns Policy

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and easy process if you need to return an item.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If the item does not meet these conditions, it may not be eligible for a return, and we reserve the right to decline the return request.
How to Return Your Item
Returning your item is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] to initiate your return. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit. Be sure to include the RA number on the package.
- Ship the Return: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can arrange to send you a replacement item if available. Please let us know in your return request if you would like to exchange your item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or exchange for any items that are damaged or defective upon arrival, at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged through misuse or neglect
